I spent 16 years in my family business and the last 17 years working with other family businesses. One of the ways I can help you is to share what I have seen work and not work in certain situations. You shouldn’t try to “re-invent the wheel.” Save yourself some heartache and ask for advice before you try solve a complicated problem!
Becoming a stronger family business takes time. Be patient. Start with the Fundamentals Video Course then download the Coaching System book and begin to read the first chapters about how to get started.
It’s better to prepare and take a few gentle first steps with your family. It’s like running a marathon – you can’t do too much too soon or you could cause yourself harm. I want you and your family to warm-up a bit and study the fundamentals before you try to do too much.
